Chylak - Chylak at Baum und Pferdgarten for 3 Days of Design in Copenhagen The collaboration centers around a large-scale lace installation conceived as a sculptural entrance piece. Reimagining traditional bobbin lace techniques through a contemporary lens, the work draws on the motif of the horse - a symbol that emerged from Zofia Chylak’s reflections on the historical and cultural ties connecting Copenhagen and Warsaw.

 

Chylak - Our Heritage line features unique, handmade accessories inspired by tradition. This detachable overlay is handmade using a bobbin lace technique traditional to the town of Bobowa. The process of weaving one overlay takes 40 hours, making each item unique and their run limited.
