The Lace Guild - To all with an interest in lace and lacemaking – please take part in our survey and demonstrate your support for the Lace Guild’s submission for bobbin lacemaking to the UK list of Living Heritage. The Lace Guild - Our new exhibition features the efforts made to keep English hand-made lace alive plus some of the earlier merchants we know about. There are examples of Lester lace plus a couple of our bobbins which were given to their best workers by the Lesters. Two pieces of lace made from Sarjeant patterns in the V&A Museum
